Smarto Relax Shipping Conditions
Shipping and Delivery Process
Smarto Relax products are prepared to order. Orders for standard products are delivered to the cargo or logistics company within an average of 5–10 business days after payment confirmation is received. For custom-made, personalized products, during campaign periods, or high-volume order periods, preparation and delivery times may vary.
Contracted Shipping and Logistics Companies
Our shipments are made with contracted cargo/logistics companies such as Aras Kargo, Horoz Lojistik, and HepsiJet, depending on product dimensions, delivery address, and operational suitability. For large-volume products, delivery is planned according to the delivery conditions of the logistics companies.
Shipping Fee
At Smarto Relax, shipping is free for all orders across Turkey. Our customers are not charged additional shipping fees for standard shipping and delivery.
Delivery Regions
Delivery is available to all provinces in Turkey. In some remote areas, villages, islands, or regions where cargo companies have limited service, delivery times may vary according to the operational process of the cargo/logistics company.
Installation Information
Cargo delivery covers the process of getting the product to the customer. Installation service may vary depending on the product model and delivery region. For deliveries within Istanbul, installation support may be offered for suitable products. For shipments outside the city, products are delivered assembled or ready for easy installation, depending on the model.
Damaged Delivery
Always check the product packaging during delivery. In case of dents, tears, breakage, or damage to the packaging, a damage assessment report must be filed with the cargo officer present, and Smarto Relax customer service must be contacted on the same day.
When your order is handed over to the cargo or logistics company, your tracking information will be sent to you via SMS or email.
