Return and Exchange Policy
At Smarto Relax, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer transparent return/exchange processes. This policy applies to orders placed through smartorelax.com.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders for standard products are typically shipped or handed over to a logistics company within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. For custom-made, personalized products, during campaign periods, or high-volume order periods, preparation and delivery times may vary.
Shipments may be made with Aras Kargo, Horoz Lojistik, HepsiJet, or other contracted cargo/logistics companies, depending on product dimensions, delivery address, and operational suitability.
Shipping Fee
Shipping is free for all orders within Turkey at Smarto Relax. Our customers are not charged extra for standard shipping and delivery.
In the event of a return or exchange process, for shipments approved and directed by Smarto Relax, the shipping process will be determined by us. The customer must adhere to the return/exchange shipping instructions provided by Smarto Relax.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
For standard products, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the delivery date, without stating any reason.
The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition, and, if possible, sent with its original packaging.
For products prepared at the customer's special request, including custom size, custom color, custom fabric, personalized mechanisms, or products involving custom production for the customer, the right of withdrawal may be evaluated within the exceptions of the relevant legislation. However, the customer's legal rights are reserved if the product is delivered defective, damaged, or not in accordance with the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Delivery
The product packaging must be checked during delivery. In case of dents, tears, breaks, or damage to the packaging, a damage report must be filed with the cargo officer, and Smarto Relax customer service must be contacted on the same day.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent products, the return/exchange process will be evaluated by Smarto Relax, and necessary support will be provided in approved cases.
Exchange Conditions
Exchange requests for standard products can be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date. The product to be exchanged must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
Exchange requests for custom-made or personalized products will be evaluated separately based on the product's production features and order details.

After your request is reviewed, you will be provided with the return/exchange process and shipping information. Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected. For approved returns, the refund will be made using the payment method the customer used during the purchase.
Refund
After the return request is approved and the product reaches us, the refund will be processed within legal timeframes using the same payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Legal Rights
This return and exchange policy has been prepared within the framework of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant distant sales legislation. The customer's rights regarding defective goods, damaged delivery, and the legal right of withdrawal are reserved.
