- General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the product, service, order, delivery, payment, return, exchange, and warranty processes offered by Smarto Relax via smartorelax.com.
1.2. Smarto Relax may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in line with regulatory changes, service processes, or website infrastructure updates.
1.3. The updated text becomes effective on the date it is published on smartorelax.com.

- User Rights and Obligations
3.1. The user agrees to act in accordance with applicable laws, general moral rules, and good faith rules when using the website.
3.2. The user is obliged to share accurate, current, and complete contact, delivery, and billing information belonging to them when placing an order.
3.3. Smarto Relax cannot be held responsible for delivery delays that may occur due to incomplete or incorrect delivery address, phone number, or contact information.
3.4. The user agrees not to use any software, viruses, malicious code, or automated processes that could threaten the security of the website.
- Product Information and Custom Production
4.1. Smarto Relax products can be prepared as standard or custom-made, depending on the product model.
4.2. Features such as color, fabric, dimensions, mechanism, massage, heating, electric system, manual system, swivel mechanism, or rocking mechanism may vary according to the model and order preference.
4.3. Product images, color tones, and fabric textures on the website may show slight differences depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and production batch.
4.4. Measurement, color, technical specifications, and function information in product descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. For special requests before ordering, Smarto Relax customer service can be contacted.
- Order and Payment Conditions
5.1. Orders placed through the website are processed after payment confirmation is received.
5.2. The order preparation process does not start before the payment is completed.
5.3. Installment options with a credit card are displayed on the payment screen according to the card and bank used. The number of installments, interest difference, and payment conditions may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.
5.4. The customer can see the total payment amount, installment options, and interest difference, if any, on the payment screen before completing their order.
- Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Smarto Relax products are prepared according to the order. Orders for standard products are delivered to the cargo or logistics company within an average of 5–10 business days after payment confirmation is received.
6.2. Preparation and delivery times may vary for custom production, personalized products, during campaign periods, or busy order processes.
6.3. Shipments can be made with Aras Kargo, Horoz Lojistik, HepsiJet, or other contracted cargo/logistics companies, depending on product dimensions, delivery address, and operational suitability.
6.4. Standard shipping is free for all orders throughout Turkey at Smarto Relax. No additional shipping fees are charged to our customers for standard shipping and delivery.
6.5. In some remote areas, villages, islands, or regions where cargo companies provide limited service, the delivery time may vary depending on the operational process of the cargo/logistics company.
6.6. When the order is delivered to the cargo or logistics company, tracking information may be sent to the customer via SMS or email.
- Installation Information
7.1. Cargo delivery covers the process of delivering the product to the customer.
7.2. Installation service may vary depending on the product model and delivery region.
7.3. Installation support may be offered for suitable products for deliveries within Istanbul.
7.4. For out-of-town shipments, products are delivered assembled or suitable for easy installation, depending on their model. In some models, only the backrest may need to be attached to the main body.
- Damaged Delivery
8.1. The product packaging must be checked during delivery.
8.2. In case of crushing, tearing, breakage, or damage to the packaging, a damage report must be drawn up in the presence of the cargo officer, and Smarto Relax customer service must be contacted on the same day.
8.3. In cases where products are sent damaged, defective, or contrary to the order, the return/exchange process will be evaluated by Smarto Relax, and necessary support will be provided for approved cases.
- Right of Withdrawal, Return, and Exchange
9.1. For standard products, the right of withdrawal can be exercised without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery date.
9.2. The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, in a condition suitable for resale, and, if possible, sent with its original packaging.
9.3. The right of withdrawal for products prepared at the special request of the customer, including custom dimensions, custom color, custom fabric, personalized mechanism, or custom production, may be evaluated within the scope of the exceptions in the relevant legislation.
9.4. In case the product is delivered faulty, damaged, defective, or contrary to the order, the customer's legal rights are reserved.
9.5. For return or exchange requests, the customer must contact Smarto Relax customer service.
9.6. For approved returns, the refund is made through the payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, after the product reaches Smarto Relax and is inspected.
9.7. Transaction times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Warranty and Product Liability
10.1. Smarto Relax products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and mechanism failures.
10.2. The warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to the customer.
10.3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, technical problems caused by the mechanism, and manufacturing-related problems that arise under normal use conditions of the product.
10.4. User error, misuse, impact, cutting, burning, liquid contact, damage caused by pets, wear and tear on the fabric due to use, repair or modification of the product by unauthorized persons are not covered by the warranty.
10.5. For electric, massage, or special mechanism models, motor, remote control, electronic system, and mechanism checks are evaluated according to the product model and warranty conditions.
- Intellectual Property Rights
11.1. The brand, logo, product images, texts, designs, descriptions, and all content on the website belong to Smarto Relax or the relevant rights holders.
11.2. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
- Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
12.1. Users' personal data is processed and protected within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and relevant legislation.
12.2. Personal data may be processed for the purpose of order, payment, delivery, customer service, return, exchange, warranty, billing, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

- Limitations of Liability
13.1. Smarto Relax takes due care to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and current.
13.2. Information on the website may be updated from time to time due to technical errors, typographical errors, stock/supply changes, systemic malfunctions, or delays caused by third-party service providers.
13.3. Smarto Relax takes due care to provide accurate information to the customer during order confirmation and customer notification processes.
13.4. Without prejudice to legal rights, Smarto Relax is only responsible for direct damages caused by its own fault.
- Resolution of Disputes
14.1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
14.2. In disputes that may arise between the parties, it is recommended to first contact Smarto Relax customer service.
14.3. In disputes arising from consumer transactions, authorized consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts may be responsible within the scope of applicable legislation.
